Several years ago I adapted these "Holiday Stress Reduction Tips" from an article by Dr. Dolores Digaetano, which appeared in the MEMPHIS COMMERCIAL APPEAL. O.K. I broke it.................On Wednesday night I went to my son's Christmas concert and they had a fabulous dinner afterwards, with glorious red wine.  Oh well, one glass in 19 days, not to bad, I don't think.  I am back on track now.
