Last week some of the children in my daughter's class was asked to bring cleaners to school to clean their desks, in preparation for the exams.  (My daughter wasn't one of them!)  Of course, all kinds of harmful cleaning products were used.  My daughter who is 14 said she had such a headache and couldn't breathe properly from all the cleaners used.  She told me how lucky she feels to live in a home where we only use environmentally friendly products.

Yes, I am a very positive person, but I am human!  Last week, I was feeling very unbalanced and ungrounded.  I called upon a dear friend and expressed my feelings to her.  She told me to get down on my hands and knees and imagine my hands, knees and feet being firmly planted like roots into the earth.  She told me to ask "Mother Earth" to support me.  I have been doing this for the past week and it is really helping.

I was asked on a talk show a couple of nights ago to share some of the dramatic things I had seen happen through reflexology. I shared a few that came to mind. I know all of you have great stories to share. We continue in this month of counting blessings and thankfulness with our celebration of Footsteps In Eden Reflexology's 4th Birthday.
