I finished my 30 day cleanse yesterday, with a few naughties I'm afraid! About 6 glasses of red wine in 30 days, not bad compared to 60! And, absolutley no caffeine at all and I might add that the glasses of wine were drunk at several end of year functions, so all in all I don't feel too guilty. You know, today I woke up and contimplated having a cup of coffee and actually didn't even want it! I highly recommend going on a cleanse every now and then, it is so good for our bodies and I feel GREAT!

I was serious about this. You must understand, in the USA not too much research has been done to document the results reflexologists see everyday. Other countries (Denmark, UK, and China mostly) have done extensive research. Their results have encouraged them to place reflexology into the mainstream of the medical community. Tennessee, the state where I live and practice reflexology, was the first state to actually set reflexolgoy apart from other modalities and professions, and its regulation does fall under health related boards. That is certainly a positive!!! My journey did lead to some interesting locations I would love to share with you.
