INSPIRTIONS FOR JULY - WHALE WATCHING FROM ABOVE

Do you ever have days when you find yourself unexpectedly and unplanned in a beautiful place? I had one yesterday. I decided to climb the mountain behind my house, which I have never done since I have lived here in 3 years! I have only ever climbed the mountain to the side of us! WOW - I came across the most beautiful rain-filled dam, a deck and picnic table. The view from there was incredible. I was right on top of the mountain, overlooking the ocean and even saw a whale jumping! It is whale season in our little town right now and all the moms have come to have their babies in our waters- such a priviledge.
Such a treat to suddenly discover this most beautiful place right behind my house. I felt like I wanted to shout out to the world to come and share it with me. It certainly lifted my spirits.

ALIVE! My Morphed Newsletter

SENSE ABOUT SCENTS has morphed. As an Independent Representative of the Young Living Essential Oils company, many received a monthly newsletter via email, SENSE ABOUT SCENTS. I've also included links to fun, informative, and educational spots on the web offering products and services I believe my readers will love and enjoy. When I am forced to categorize this blog, it's under health and wellness, but my readers also find posts and links relating to greening our world, family, spiritual matters, shopping, and more. In the last couple of weeks I've learned to offer an opportunity for readers to be...

His Handprints

A man leaves all kinds of footprints when he walks through life. Some you can see ... others are invisible, like the prints he leaves across other people's lives. -- Margaret Lee Runbeck As a reflexologist perhaps I could better say I leave handprints across the footprints of another's life. . . . in any case reflexology at its best is loving, caring, supportive touch. I pray the invisible prints I leave may be seen as the beauty of THE CREATOR and His awesome touch -- A touch that He allows to flow through me as His humble vessel and thereby becoming His life touching the life of another.
